Can students book their own lessons?
Yes, within the rules you set. Bookings can be restricted to students enrolled on the Commercial Pilot course, holding the right licence or medical, or having flown a minimum number of recent hours. The system enforces it so your front desk does not have to.
How do block-hour packages work?
Sell a package once and Volanti opens a prepayment account for the student. Every lesson draws it down automatically, the student sees their remaining balance in the portal, and you get an alert before it runs dry.
Do you handle training records?
Competency-based training records are coming soon and are being built with schools like yours. Today Volanti runs enrolment, scheduling, billing and flight history; ask us about early access to training records.
