Graduation is recorded against the student, and graduate status can itself open up the next tier of booking privileges.

Each instructor publishes availability in their own portal, and students book against it with conflicts blocked automatically. When demand goes unmet, a standby digest emails instructors so an open afternoon becomes a training flight instead of a gap. Payouts are calculated for you.
