Straight answers
How long does setup take?
There is no six-month onboarding project. You bring your members, aircraft and rates; we help you load them and switch the diary on. You get a human who has done this before, not a ticket queue.
Which payment providers do you support?
Stripe and Square, both for online card payments and in-person card terminals, plus over-the-phone payments. You connect your own account with either provider.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own bank account, on a payout schedule you control, with reconciliation reports that match the bank statement. Volanti never holds your money.
Is there a free trial?
Your first 30 days are on us, and you do not need a card to start a conversation. Email us, tell us how you operate, and we will point you at the right product.
Which regions do you support?
The UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada. Pricing is in GBP for all regions today.
What does "from" pricing mean?
Prices scale with the size of your operation, so a two-aircraft club is never paying for a twenty-aircraft school. Tell us your fleet and roughly how much you fly, and we confirm your exact price before you commit to anything.
Can I combine products?
Yes. Operations already includes everything in Scheduling Core, and Commercial adds the money side alongside either. Most clubs start with Scheduling Core and add Commercial once the diary is settled.
