Students join a course with its own pricing. Full? They go on the course waiting list and get promoted automatically when a place opens.

Course bookings are restricted to enrolled students, and licence, medical and recency rules are checked at the point of booking.

Graduation is recorded against the student, and graduate status can itself open up the next tier of booking privileges.
Instructors manage their own diaries.
Each instructor publishes availability in their own portal, and students book against it with conflicts blocked automatically. When demand goes unmet, a standby digest emails instructors so open availability can be filled. Payouts are calculated for you.

Every lesson is billed on completion.
The instructor completes the flight and the charge is created at your rates, against the right student and course pricing. Students fly on block-hour packages that alert them as the balance runs low, or settle their account online by card.

Every student gets a portal: book lessons against instructor availability, join the waiting list for a full slot, and see their flight history and account. One tap sends a completed flight to LogTen Pro, per flight or in bulk, so their logbook keeps pace with training.
