For aircraft syndicates

One aeroplane.
No arguments.

A shared diary and an honest ledger for groups who own an aircraft together. The group chat goes back to being about flying.

Volanti Lite, from £19 a month.

Every syndicate has this thread.

Four owners, one aircraft, and a booking system made of memory and goodwill.

Anyone got the plane Saturday?

I thought I had it this weekend??

Who flew Thursday? The tach does not match the sheet.

Can whoever owes for the fuel run sort it before the hangar invoice lands?

Also has anyone actually signed the new group agreement?

It works, right up until the first sunny bank holiday. Then somebody drives forty minutes to an empty hangar.

The diary

The calendar settles it.

One live calendar everyone can see from their phone. If the slot is taken, it is taken; nobody can book over you, and nobody has to ring round to find out. Confirmations go out by email and the booking lands in your own calendar too.

  • Live availability, visible to every member from any device
  • Double bookings blocked before they can happen
  • Bookings feed into Google, Apple and Outlook calendars
  • Confirmations, reminders and cancellations sent automatically

The ledger

Every flight writes itself down.

Land, log it, done. The flight is priced at your group's rates and goes straight onto that member's account. Everyone can see who flew what, and at the end of the month everyone gets a statement. No spreadsheet, no "I'll sort it later", no awkward text about the fuel money.

  • Every flight logged and priced automatically
  • Per-member charges, balances and monthly statements
  • Who flew what, visible to the whole group

House rules, actually enforced.

Most syndicates have rules. Few have anything that applies them. Volanti does both, even for a group of three.

Sign the agreement once.

Put your group rules in writing and every member signs electronically. New rules, new version, new signatures. No arguing about what was agreed in the pub.

Restrictions do the policing.

Currency and licence rules apply at the point of booking. If a member is out of currency, the diary says so before the key is in their hand.

Everything leaves a trail.

Every booking, change and charge is on the record. "Who moved my slot" has an answer, with a name and a timestamp on it.

Built for exactly this
